You put forward the concept, you voted and now we’re proud to bring it to life through one of our very own members: Jane Msumba, an award-winning qualified pharmacist, Functional Imagery Training (FIT) practitioner and founder of the Inner Glow Method (IGM), IGM is a mindset-first, neuroscience-rooted framework designed to help high-potential individuals break free from burnout cycles, rewire limiting behaviours, and build habits that feel energising, not exhausting.
At the heart of this experience is mental imagery, a powerful technique proven to activate the same neural pathways as physical action. When you rehearse success visually and emotionally, your brain begins to treat it as familiar. This is how motivation becomes sustainable, and change becomes embodied.

She has been practicing as a pharmacist for four years and the passion she has for this topic led Jane to qualify as a Functional Imagery Training (FIT) Practitioner and launch “Inner Glow Clinic” in late 2024, an online coaching practice dedicated to helping women break free from unhealthy habits, reprogram their mindsets, and glow from within.
