Wellbeing Festival 2024

event details

The Careers Edit: Wellbeing Festival
Workouts from some of your favourite fitness instructors, two panel events with the biggest names in the industry and all of your favourite wellbeing brands in one place.
We promised you big and are not here to disappoint. We have loved our wellbeing events over the last year and decided it was time to step it up. Hosted at the beautiful BXR Studio on Bishopsgate, guests will have stunning views overlooking the capital. With six different workout sessions and two panel events, we have all of our favourite faces from the health and wellbeing worlds under one roof.
How it works
The festival will be broken up into a morning session and an afternoon session and guests will book a ticket for one of these. For each session, guests will have one of three workout classes to choose from across the various workout spaces at the studio, with guest instructors. After the classes, guests will have a chance to network and enjoy shakes, smoothies and nibbles from wellness brands including Clean Kitchen, Innermost, Fresh Fitness Foods and Hux ealth before moving into the main studio space to watch the morning or afternoon panel session.
Once the morning session is complete, the afternoon guests will start to arrive and we start all over again with three classes to choose from and finishing up with the afternoon panel. Full timetable below.
