Over the past five years, we’ve had the privilege of working with some remarkable individuals. Through our events, we’ve highlighted fresh perspectives on career building and new ways of thinking about business.

We’re always searching for the sharpest minds, the most inspiring speakers, the genuine problem solvers.

Along the way, we’ve gained a unique insight into those driving real change, those who lead with purpose and create with impact.

So, we’re proud to present The Careers Edit Tastemakers List 2025, a collection of extraordinary individuals who have made their mark this year, shaping trends, ideas, and conversations across their worlds.

In just twelve months, her clients have included Nike, Tottenham FC,Chelsea FC, Arsenal FC, Wimbledon, Formula 1, Giorgio Armani, Tennis Classic, Sky Sports, England Rugby, NFL UK, and MLB Europe. The 400 Club credits the progress in women’s sports to the trailblazing women who have broken barriers both on and off the pitch.

Toco Swim was born in 2017 out of Charlotte and Olivia’s shared frustration at the lack of high-quality, designer swimwear available to women in the UK without the designer price-tag. At the time, both were working full-time as auditors alongside raising young families - but they were determined to create something different - swimwear that you actually look forward to wearing.

What started as a side hustle has since evolved into a seven-figure brand, built from the ground up by a team of just four. Today, Toco is on a mission to become the UK’s leading swimwear brand, redefining the industry through a focus on female empowerment, confidence, and above all - community.

Wynter (Sales & Ops) and Alice (Brand & Marketing) have grown the brand to 1,000+ listings in the UK including Waitrose, Selfridges, British Airways, Co-Op and have been recently recognised as Forbes 30 under 30.

Denish KC is an AI Lead at Google Cloud, where he partners with high-growth startups to help them implement the latest AI technologies from Google DeepMind and drive new AI product experiences.

Previously, he was a business operator at Revolut and Ledger, and a founding member of an early-stage payments company where he led Product & Growth. He is deeply passionate about elevating the UK tech ecosystem and making London the go-to AI.

Teddie Levenfiche is the co-founder of PerfectTed - the largest matcha brand globally. Since launching in 2021, he’s helped scale the business from bootstrapped startup to listings across 30,000+ stores in 50+ countries. A former Bain & Company consultant and Division 1 athlete, Teddie turned down Harvard Law School to go all-in on PerfectTed building the company alongside his brother, Levi and best friend, Marisa.

In 2023, he appeared on BBC Dragons’ Den, securing offers from all five Dragons and landing a deal with Steven Bartlett. He is recognised by Forbes 30 Under 30 for his impact on food and drink in Europe and led PerfectTed to become the #1 Fastest Growing Founder Led Business in 2025.

After five years in NYC working in-house at FRYE, Abbie moved to London in 2018 to build her own creative ventures, blending social strategy, storytelling, lifestyle and culture.

Erin Wolfe is the cofounder of Curve Club, a private members club for founders and investors started in 2022 and Cinni AI, a B2B SaaS platform revolutionizing fashion ai. Previously she started her career in Silicon Valley leading GTM teams in tech with various side hustles along the way. After achieving 6 figures in profit, Curve Club was acquired this summer 2025.

She loves building curated communities on the side, the collective come up (collaboration happens at the top) and seeing everyone get their bag.
