We will be welcoming guests across the two days, some amazing brand and F&B collabs, incredible speakers and lots of different event concepts throughout.

The Concept
This has been on our vision board for years. A space of our own to bring to life in all the ways we know you love most.
Amazing collabs, incredible speakers and lots of different event concepts throughout.
From run clubs and Pilates to panels, workshops, and everything we need to help make the moments for connection really special – think the best local pastries, smoothies, Michelin quality pizza and fine wines.
We wanted the space to be everything you love about TCE. To look and feel amazing. So, we have some of London’s most talented artists and illustrators exhibiting their work and a handful of small businesses from the community exhibiting their work!

how it works
The weekend is split into three sessions. Each one packed with amazing opportunities to connect, learn and move. Full timetables are set out below.
Tickets are purchased for each session separately and you are welcome to join us for as many as you like! Ticket prices include your food and drink for the chosen session. You will not be disappointed!
The event will be open to members with a handful of spaces being opened up non-memberof The Careers Edit. With special discounted prices and reserved spaces for members.

Session 1
saturday am Session
10:00AM: Run Club Collab With The Weekend Project
The perfect start to our pop-up weekend, we have teamed up with London’s most loved run club, The Weekend Project. Meeting in the beautiful open brickwork courtyard outside the venue.
We know some of you will be running the Hackney half marathon the next day. Whether you are or not, this is the perfect 5KM to get the legs moving, followed by an opportunity to mingle with the rest of the runners and other members of the community, with freshly baked pastries just for us from the market, smoothies from Atis and loads more.
11:30AM: Supplements and Performance panel
To finish the morning session, we have a star studded panel of industry insiders taking a deep dive into the truth behind the supplements craze. What’s the science? Are they worth the money? And can they actually help you perform at your best?
We have got a practicing GP, wellness and lifestyle expert and supplement brand founders, including Henry Porpora, founder of supplements industry phenomenon, SULT.

Session 2
saturday pm Session
1:30pM: How to Build a High Performance Mindset: Expert Q&A with Maya Raichoora & Heather Elkington
Maya is the UK’s leading mental fitness expert. She coaches everyone from business leaders to Olympians and elite athletes from across the sports world.
Heather built and scaled her first venture to a multimillion pound turnover, has held a director role as a FTSE100 entity, managing a number of teams. She now delivers leadership training to huge clients including the MOD, as well as being a writer, coach and TedX speaker.
Drawing on their years of experience, in this session, we will be diving into the habits, tips, tricks and training that help create the mindset of elite high performers and leaders. We plan to make it a fully interactive opportunity, with chances to get conversations flowing and get into the details! Be ready to take away a whole new mentality and approach to your career.
2:30pm: Rethinking success, the future of careers panel
The traditional stable role, steady progression and reliable paycheque no longer holds the same appeal for lots of us. More and more of us are questioning what we want from work, with a growing shift towards autonomy, entrepreneurship, and building something of our own.
So what’s really driving this change? Are we moving away from security in favour of fulfilment, flexibility and wellbeing? Are we re-thinking what success looks like?
This panel will explore how priorities are shifting, what the modern career actually looks like, and what it means for the next generation of professionals.

Session 3
Sunday Morning Session
Tickets to this session include your mat Pilates workout with a special guest instructor from Grace Beverley's fitness platform, SHREDDY as well as your productivity Q&A, with gifted journals from The Productivity Method and a chance to network with the community over a healthy lunch from Atis.
10:30AM: Pilates With SHREDDY instructor Alana Moriarty
Sunday morning done right. A matt Pilates class for all levels and definitely for the boys and gals!
Shreddy is Grace Beverley’s fitness platform and best-selling supplements brand, with an amazing group of coaches. Come for a half hour burn, followed by a chance to enjoy some SHREDDY shakes.
11:30AM: Get **it Done: Expert Productivity Tips
A Q&A with two founders that juggle multiple competing strands to their lives, whether it’s running a business, family, media, or side quests, these two have made a success of everything they touch.
We will have some intro questions ready for our experts and there will be plenty of chance for you to ask your own. Whether it’s about motivation, attention spans, stress or anxiety, let’s get to the bottom of how you can get **it done.
Each guest will be gifted their own copy of The Productivity Method’s viral planner.

After being made redundant from her role as a product marketer in tech in 2022, she made a bold and unconventional move into hospitality despite having no prior experience in the industry.
Esther Akinola - Community Manager at LinkedIn, a seasoned Influencer Marketing expert and Award Winning Influencer Marketing Consultant with nearly a decade of experience driving impactful campaigns in the digital space She has an extensive background working at industry leading platforms such as Twitter, Meta, Instagram, News UK and now LinkedIn as a Creator Manager.
Joe Woodward - Co-founder of Vizzy, a platform that reimagines the CV helping people show who they really are so businesses can hire for what truly matters. Vizzy is used by the most ambitious young professionals and global brands including Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co, VML, PUIG, Virgin, and EY.
Chrissie Wolfe - Founder of her own legal practice, Lupa, specialising in medical negligence and cosmetic injuries, and a consulting business, LAB consultancy, providing strategic advisory and fractional C-Suite services to high-growth companies across the legal, tech and healthcare sectors.
Poppy Edmonds - Social Media Assistant at SheerLuxe, specialising in fashion-focused digital content. A 2025 graduate of the University of Exeter, she new to the industry and built her experience through freelance social media work and leading the Exeter charity fashion show, giving her a strong, practical insight into the industry.
